ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASSES FOR WOMEN

This new class for women responds to the many requests TCMC has received for an anger management class addressing women's needs. The class addresses situations that cause women to feel anger: at home, at work, in friendships and love relationships; while driving, and with institutions: business transactions etc.

As such, women are able to learn practical responses that express their anger in ways respectful to other people.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR

  • WOMEN who are experiencing relationship conflict and desire to significantly improve their relationships at home and at work
  • WOMEN who believe that their verbal and emotional expression of anger is not okay or is pushing people away.
  • WOMEN who want practical tools — not judgment.
