"First, I wanted to thank you for the wonderful work you're doing with the clients I've sent to your Men's Anger Management classes. All of the men I've sent have learned a tremendous amount about themselves and are taking far more responsibility for their own abusive behaviors in their intimate relationships. Second, To give you a bit of negative feedback, I've heard from two of these men, both of whom complained that before starting the program, they had to leave multiple messages for the group leader before he returned their calls. Thanks again for the work you do." - Betsy Sansby, MS, LMFT, Minnetonka, 2007-05-21.
