Constructive Living is a common sense approach to handling the ups and downs of everyday life. It explores what is controllable and what is uncontrollable in our lives and directs us to put our efforts on the controllable parts. You will learn: we cannot directly control our feelings, that our feelings always pass unless restimulated, and that we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel. Doing what needs to be done is what Constructive Living is all about.
Jim Guswiler is a certified Constructive Living Instructor. He provides individual and group educational programs. Jim is a frequent and popular presenter at the Mens Center.
